POSITION: Office Specialist II - Immunizations - Part Time - No Benefits

*May Underfill as an Office Specialist I - Part Time - No Benefits

Area of Focus: Clerical Work / Client Registration for Immunization Clinic

This is a Part Time position and does not include benefits.

Preference may be given to candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish.

*All applications received will be screened by the Human Resources office. Those applicants meeting the specified qualification and additional screening criteria will be referred for a hiring interview. The Human Resource Office will continue to consider qualified candidates as needed until the position is filled.

The Opportunity:

Under general supervision of the assigned supervisor, performs a variety of clerical and secretarial support duties to expedite the day-to-day operations provided through various clinical and related nursing programs. Incumbents perform tasks of considerable difficulty, requiring some independent judgment, and may be assigned to various Nursing Division programs depending on need.

Starting Pay:

Office Specialist II - Immunizations - Part Time $18.87 - $21.72

Office Specialist I - Immunizations - Part Time $17.63 - $20.22

Salary will be determined upon experience and or education

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand, and incumbent may be contacted at any time during emergency situations and during off hours as required by department policy.

Job Qualifications: Office Specialist II - Immunizations - Part Time

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Three (3) years of general clerical support work experience.

3. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may also be considered.

Job Qualifications: Office Specialist I - Immunizations - Part Time

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. One (1) year of general clerical support work experience.

3. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may also be considered.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:

If the position you are applying for is hazardous in nature, including but not limited to working with or around heavy equipment or hazardous material, employee must be 18 years or older.
