Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Basic resident care such as assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene
  • Take vital signs, document, and monitor
  • Help residents get into and out of bed, ambulate through hallways, and assist with transfers
  • Answer call lights, passing meal trays, change bed linens, and ensure room resident's room is clean
  • Train under supervision of an RN

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Current and valid CNA certification and OBRA registry
  • Student pursing RN/BSN
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
  • In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations
