Key ResponsibilitiesAmong other responsibilities, some duties you will carry outare:- Giving direct and indirect care with the goal of enhancing patient health.
- Organize clinical follow-ups and activities.
- Performs physical examinations and/or preventive health measures to assess and evaluate patient's clinical problems and health care needs.
- Maintains and updates patient charts, records, and information.
- Provides medical consultation in specialized areas of knowledge.
- Provides clients with information concerning rights, options, benefits, services, goals and expectations.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:- Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Utah.
- You must successfully pass a criminal history check.
- Has professional work experience in a direct patient care setting for mentally ill patients or clients.
- Is enthusiastic, flexible, and willing to try things they haven't done before.
