Location: Saratoga Springs, UT
Hourly Pay: $24.00 – $39.00 per hour (DOE & License)

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care, including routine health needs and medical emergencies.
  • Administer and document medications accurately, including controlled substances.
  • Conduct timely health assessments and monitor vital signs, weight, mood, and behavior
  • Coordinate lab work and accompany residents to medical appointments
  • Communicate relevant medical information to parents, the Nursing Director, and Treatment Team
  • Collaborate with therapists and psychiatric providers to support treatment plans
  • Participate in an oncall rotation ensuring 24/7 medical support
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate clinical documentation

  • High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 21 years of age
  • Active LPN or RN license in the State of Utah
  • Valid Utah driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a Utah State background check
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Proficiency in medical terminology, clinical charting, and medication administration
  • Skilled in physical health assessments and standard nursing tools
  • Comfortable with word processing software and basic network navigation
  • Willingness to receive professional feedback and participate in ongoing training
