Job description

Our organization, recognized as one of the top 13 communities by U.S. News & World Report for excellence in nursing care, is seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team. In this role, RNs will be responsible for addressing the comprehensive nursing needs of our residents while embracing our commitment to “Person-Directed Care.”

Schedule: Full-time, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Compensation: $40-$46 per hour (based on experience) plus a $2.00 per hour night shift differential

A typical day may involve:

  • Creating a safe and healthy atmosphere for residents, staff, and visitors, allowing participation in the daily routines of residents
  • Conducting thorough nursing evaluations and assessments
  • Developing and implementing care plans as necessary while overseeing resident care
  • Coordinating assignments with care partners and ensuring accountability among team members for resident care and satisfaction

To thrive in this position, you should possess:

  • A valid RN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Preferred experience in nursing within senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute settings
