Job description

Employed position in an outpatient setting. Part-time to start with for the first 3-6 months, with an opportunity to convert to full time position.

Provider will see patients in an established clinic 2-3 days per week, with a requirement to cover for other provider(s).

Patient populations:

Mix of different ages, 18 and up, with at least 60% geriatric population.
