What Does a Part-Time Network Engineer Do?
As a part-time network engineer, you design, install, and maintain network infrastructure for a company or organization. As part of your responsibilities, you configure systems and hardware, monitor network activity, implement disaster recovery and backup solutions, and provide support to users. As a part-time worker, you may either work for a company whose network and IT needs do not necessitate your full-time involvement, or you may be brought on to support an existing IT department that needs additional engineers for specific projects or purposes. In either case, your employment status does not affect your overall duties as you design and administer vital IT infrastructure and ensure secure, uninterrupted access to business critical data.

Job description
Pediatric Occupational Therapist | Issaquah, WA
Compensation: $85,000–$110,000/yr (depending on experience) + Productivity bonus structure + retention bonus
Join a practice built specifically to be supportive of therapists. Searching for an OT who's ready to be valued, heard, and supported in their clinical career.
Why You'll Love This Team
Therapist-Centric Culture: Founded by someone who knows what it's like to be undervalued in large, clinical systems, this practice was built to be the opposite. It puts the well-being of therapists first: with manageable caseloads, intentional breaks in your day, and time for collaboration.
Clinical Growth: You'll receive an individualized roadmap for clinical growth built around your interests and readiness. Mentorship and collaboration are a priority, not an afterthought.
Creativity is Encouraged: Cancellations aren't wasted time, they're used to brainstorm, improve programming, or develop new ideas. You'll have real opportunities to contribute to program development. You're more than just a billable hour here.
Real Input: Leadership values feedback and transparency. Your voice matters and shapes how this practice evolves.
Scheduling Flexibility: Significant flexibility around time-off and work week structure when life demands it.
Financial Success, By Your Choice: Manageable productivity expectations paired with meaningful opportunities to earn more, on your own terms.
What You'll Do
- Deliver evidence-based pediatric OT services in a collaborative environment
- Collaborate with SLPs and PTs to develop holistic care plans
- Participate in ongoing clinical learning and shared innovation

Qualifications
- An active (or pending) OTR/L license in Washington State
- Someone who thrives in a team-driven, growth-minded environment
- Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming practices and meaningful, whole-child care
- Energized by learning and sharing across disciplines
