Job description

Qualified Staffing is seeking a Part-Time Shipping Coordinator for a manufacturing facility in Conyers, GA. This office-based role supports shipping, logistics, inventory documentation, and daily operations. The ideal candidate has experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or shipping office environment and is highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Schedule: Part-Time (20-30 hours per week)
Pay: $21.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare shipping documents including pick tickets, packing slips, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and shipping labels.
  • Coordinate carrier pickups and maintain shipment tracking records.
  • Verify shipping paperwork and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Enter shipping and inventory data into NetSuite or other ERP systems.
  • Print production work orders and operational reports.
  • Organize production, quality, food safety, and audit documentation.
  • Assist with purchasing records, inventory tracking, and operational filing systems.
  • Answer phones and provide general administrative support.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or shipping office.
  • Knowledge of shipping documentation, freight coordination, and inventory systems.
  • Experience with NetSuite or other ERP software preferred.
  • SQF or food manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Strong computer, data entry, organizational, and communication skills.
