Job Description Part-Time Office Manager Location: Atlanta, GA (Spaghetti Junction area) In-office initially with an opportunity to transition to Hybrid 30-50% remote Schedule: 20-25 hours/week, spread across 3 to 5 days during regular office hours Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 / hour About the Opportunity Innovative Outsourcing is thrilled to partner with our client, M&W Commercial Flooring, LLC, to find a highly organized and tech-savvy Part-Time Office Manager. For the past 14 years, M&W Commercial Flooring has operated as a successful commercial flooring business in the metro Atlanta area. As their business continues to grow, they are seeking a sharp administrative professional to streamline operations, optimize processes, and manage key administrative and financial tasks

Our client offers a casual, supportive environment with scheduling flexibility. If you excel at taking initiative, working independently, and bringing order and tech fluency to office management, this is an ideal role for you. The Role & Schedule As the Office Manager, you will serve as the administrative anchor of the company, keeping project data, client billing, and office systems organized so sales and project managers can operate at peak efficiency.

This flexible part-time role calls for 20 to 25 hours per week, which can be structured flexibly across 3 to 5 days per week. To ensure proper alignment and process onboarding, the role begins in-person at their Atlanta office (Spaghetti Junction area). Key Responsibilities Financial Administration & Billing: Accurately input billing data, manage payables, process pay applications, handle client invoicing, and track outstanding invoices using QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.

Project & Submittal Management: Coordinate project-related documentation, oversee the project submittal process, and maintain tracking systems for project workflows. Sample Coordination: Order, organize, and manage both physical and electronic flooring samples for active and prospective projects. General Operations & Communication: Professional written correspondence, answer incoming phone inquiries, schedule meetings/appointments, and maintain overall office order.

Qualifications & Skills 3-5+ years of Administrative Experience: Prior background as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar operational role, ideally with exposure to financial admin and project tracking, preferably in a construction environment. High Tech Competency (Non-Negotiable): Verified proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel. Strong general software and office app fluency.

Self-Motivated & Organized: Exceptional organizational abilities, sharp attention to detail, and the autonomy to complete tasks accurately with minimal direct oversight. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a pleasant, professional demeanor on the phone. Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or formal administrative training preferred.
