Your Profile:

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of medical sales experience with a documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives. 

  • Experience developing and executing strategic account plans and managing complex customer relationships. 

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and sales performance data. 

  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive results in a cross-functional environment. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • 6+ years of experience within the medical device, biotechnology, tissue biologics, wound care, or broader healthcare industry. 

  • Experience selling into hospital, surgical, outpatient, and physician office settings. 

  • Operating room (O.R.) or procedural sales experience. 

  • Experience with skin substitutes, tissue products, wound care, biologics, or regenerative medicine technologies. 

  • Previous experience working in startup, high-growth, or mid-sized healthcare organizations. 

  • Proven success leading projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams without direct authority. 

  • Experience utilizing market analytics, CRM tools, and data-driven decision-making to drive business growth.
