Job description

Candlewood Suites @ NDSU, an extended stay suites hotel, is now hiring for reliable and detail oriented individuals to join our award winning team in housekeeping. Our main responsibility is the cleaning of guest rooms with fully equipped kitchens in a limited service hotel. Other responsibilities include ensuring the condition and quality of in-room items, replacing damaged items as needed, completing special projects and deep cleaning as assigned, helping maintain a calm, friendly and comfortable environment for guests and co-workers, communicating with our maintenance and guest service departments regarding quality issues, and upholding a teamwork-focused culture. This is an independent work focused position but also requires cooperation from our whole team to get work tasks completed throughout the department. This is a day shift position starting at 9am daily and ending once all department work tasks are completed (minimum 4-6 hours).
