Job description

Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth!  Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a P/T- PRN Therapeutic Manager at Walton Academy for Growth and Change in DeFuniak Springs, Florida.

 Located near the white sand beaches of Northwest Florida in DeFuniak Springs - At Walton Academy, we provide residential treatment to improving the lives of at-risk male youth through mental health and substance abuse services. We offer skills and opportunities to our youth from Carpentry/Home Building Institute, sports to Culinary Arts. 

We offer clinical supervision to qualified applicants. 

 What you will do: As a Therapeutic Manager, Therapist provide individual, family and group counseling services to clients and their families according to the needs documented in their assessment and treatment plan. This position reports to the Clinical Director. Walton Academy is a high-risk treatment based residential program housing male youths between the ages of 13-19 years old. 

To be considered you should:  

  • Have a master’s degree or better in related field.
  • Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical, and TB Test.
