What You’ll Do

Teach Life-Saving Swim Skills

Help children build confidence in the water while learning proper swim techniques in a fun, structured environment.
Build Strong Relationships

Encourage swimmers through challenges, celebrate progress, and communicate clearly with parents about goals and development.
Create a Positive Experience

Bring enthusiasm, patience, and professionalism to every lesson while helping make swim class the highlight of a child’s week.

What We’re Looking For


  • Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
  • Positive energy and strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working with children of all ages
  • Coachable and eager to learn
  • Able to stay active and engaged throughout shifts
  • Basic swimming ability required
  • Knowledge of the four competitive strokes is a plus
  • Background in teaching, coaching, childcare, theater, or customer service is a plus
  • Competitive swim or coaching experience is a plus
Paid Training Program (Required)

All new hires selected for this position must be available to attend our mandatory group training program before beginning regular shifts. 
Option A

 Training Dates: May 11th – June 18th

 Training Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
 
 Lunch Break: 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM

This hands-on training program prepares team members for success in the water, with children, and as part of the Swimmerman team. Availability for the full training schedule is required for consideration.

If you cannot attend this group training schedule in its entirety, you may reapply after we open our doors in July.
