Dentist opening in CALocated in BoonvilleFull Time/Part TimeLocation: Beautiful Mendocino County, CaliforniaWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join our team at a Federally Qualified Health Center serving a diverse population, including general patients and migrant farm workers. Our mission is to provide affordable, high-quality care to all community residents, and we are looking for a team player who shares this commitment.About Us: We are an independent rural health center providing comprehensive care since 1976. Our services include medical, dental, and behavioral health, with a focus on serving underserved populations. We see approximately 2,800 patients annually, delivering care through a variety of programs aimed at supporting chronic disease management and overall health.Role Overview: As a General Dentist, you will have excellent clinical skills and the ability to build trust with patients of all ages. Your responsibilities will include a range of dental procedures and collaborating with dental staff, including RDA, DA, and hygienists.Core Responsibilities:Work effectively with culturally and linguistically diverse and underserved populations.Engage in team-based care and quality improvement initiatives.Maintain thorough documentation and patient charts.Develop and execute treatment plans based on patient needs.Minimum Requirements:Valid license from the Dental Board of California (or in process).Completion of a graduate degree in dental medicine.Knowledge of health and safety regulations (e.g., HIPAA).At least 3 years of experience in general dentistry.Excellent communication skills and a patient-friendly demeanor.Attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications:Bilingual in Spanish.Experience with Electronic Health Records (eCW experience is a plus).Compensation and Benefits:$10,000 sign-on bonus.Relocation assistance and housing stipend.4 weeks and 2 days PTO.Tuition and travel reimbursement.CEU and license renewal reimbursement.10 paid holidays.Annual bonuses and raises.Comprehensive medical, vision, and life insurance.403b with 4% company matching.Work Schedule:Full-time (40 hours) or Part-time (30 hours).Flexible scheduling options, including 8-hour and 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.Application Questions:Are you vaccinated for COVID, Hep B, and Flu?
