Job description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)-REMOTE & Hybrid Positions Available

At Regency ABA, we believe ABA works best when it’s gentle, ethical, and human centered. We’ve intentionally built a model where BCBAs focus on clinical work, not endless admin, unrealistic caseloads, or burnout culture.

Our Holistic ABA Model of Care (HAMOC) prioritizes:
• Safety over compliance
• Connection over control
• Quality over quantity
• Support for you, not just productivity metrics

Position Details

Position: Part-Time BCBA
Location: In-Clinic Hybrid (Peachtree City, GA) & Remote
Eligibility: Must reside in Georgia or within 50 miles of the state border
Pay: Competitive hourly rates + weekly pay
Bonus: $1,000+ sign-on bonus for qualified candidates

What You’ll Do

• Supervise RBTs (telehealth or in-person) in accordance with BACB and insurance standards
• Conduct assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports
• Develop and update individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Provide caregiver training and support rooted in ABA best practices
• Conduct FBAs and FAs when clinically appropriate
• Review data, monitor progress, and adjust programming thoughtfully

What We’re Looking For

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Experience working with children and families in ABA settings
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Comfort with data analysis and ABA software
• A desire to practice ABA in a thoughtful, ethical, client-centered way

Why BCBAs Stay at Regency

Because they’re heard.
Because their caseloads are reasonable.
Because leadership supports them as individuals.
Because they can do meaningful work without sacrificing themselves.
