Job description

Merchant Services Support Specialist – Part-Time

Payment Management is a small, established payment processing company seeking a dependable and organized part-time Merchant Services Support Specialist to assist with day-to-day merchant support and account administration.

This is a varied, hands-on position for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, working with technology, and learning new systems. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while following tasks through to completion.

Responsibilities include answering merchant calls and emails, researching account and transaction questions, providing basic technical support, setting up payment processing equipment, processing account maintenance requests, assisting with PCI compliance, reviewing account information and statements, communicating with payment processors and vendors, maintaining accurate account records, and following up on outstanding requests.

Previous experience in payment processing, banking, financial services, technical support, customer service, or office administration is helpful but not required. Training will be provided.

This is a part-time position with Payment Management. We are looking for someone interested in becoming a knowledgeable and dependable member of our small team and learning the payment processing industry.
