Intro:

We’re building an elite clinical team at Alabama Pain Physicians — and we’re looking for a Medical Assistant who wants more than just a job.

If you’re planning a future in healthcare (PA, NP, medical school, etc.) and want real hands-on experience in a fast-paced specialty clinic, this is a place where you’ll learn quickly and be pushed to grow.

What You’ll Do:

• Run the exam room like you own it — from prep to patient education.

• Anticipate provider needs and keep procedures flowing smoothly.

• Spot and solve problems before they slow the team down.

• Maintain tight control over documentation, supplies, and room readiness.

• Keep patients informed, comfortable, and confident in their care.

What You Bring:

• 1–3+ years medical assisting experience (specialty or high-volume clinic preferred).

• Proactive communication — you speak up, clarify, and follow through.

• Able to work at speed without losing accuracy.

• BLS/CPR required (or willing to get).

• EMR experience

Why You’ll Love It Here:

• High standards, strong team culture, and clear expectations.

• Opportunity to grow into higher-responsibility roles.

• Cutting-edge pain management techniques and technology.

• Direct exposure to providers, procedures, and real-world patient care

All prospective employees and rehires are required to submit to a drug test once a conditional offer of employment has been extended and accepted.
