Job description

San Antonio Voice and ENT Institute, PLLC in San Antonio, TX is looking for one part-time medical/surgical assistant to join our team. Our ideal candidate should be polite attentive, punctual, reliable and hard-working and have 3-6 months of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and sanitize of exam rooms
  • Complete basic routine medical history
  • Prepare patient charts
  • Take Vital signs.
  • Have knowledge and preferably some experience helping the physician in doing office procedures.
  • Knowledge regarding medications prior authorizations and refill requests.


Qualifications

  • Experience working in a medical field
  • Familiarity working with medical equipment
  • High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
  • Certifications and licenses that apply
  • Should be Bilingual and Fluent in speaking Spanish.
