Job Description
POSITION GOALS

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
โข Plan, prepare, and deliver approved curriculum on a daily basis.
โข Plan and organize instructional materials/supply inventories/tools/equipment.
โข Evaluate and assist in the resolution of student concerns.
โข Prepare lesson plans and course syllabus.
โข Track student grades and attendance.
โข Submit grades and attendance on a monthly basis.
โข Lead, inspire, motivate, and advise students to actively participate in all aspects of their educational process.
โข Maintain expertise in the subject area.
โข Provide regular, accurate and timely feedback to students and the school concerning academics, behavior, attendance, etc.
โข Assist Program Manager with coordination of student externships.
โข Comply with all safety, fire, and smoking regulations.
โข Complete all mandatory compliance and safety training as scheduled by Human Resources.
โข Perform all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
โข A minimum of three (3) years' experience working in Patient Care.
โข Current industry certification required, such as: RMA, CMA, or similar.
โข A minimum of two years teaching experience preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires constant mobility throughout the school and region. Employee must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

This is a part-time, non-affiliated position. The Medical Assistant programs run from September through June at Camden County College Camden City campus location and/or off-campus locations.
