How does working part time as a mechanical engineer impact project involvement and collaboration with full-time team members?

Part time mechanical engineers typically focus on specific tasks or phases of a project, which means clear communication and efficient documentation are essential for seamless collaboration. You may be assigned to design reviews, prototyping, or troubleshooting, working closely with full-time colleagues who handle broader project management.
