DEPARTMENT : Golf & Grounds (seasonal)

REPORTS TO: Golf & Grounds Superintendent


SUMMARY:


As part of a team, complete course maintenance under specific guidelines. Perform outstanding guest service on a daily basis. Interact on a daily basis with guests and resort staff.  


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:


  • Golf-related education preferred.  
  • Landscape experience preferred. 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES:


  • Responsible for golf course upkeep, including mowing, string trimming, bunker raking and digging. 
  • Clean equipment after use to keep in good working order. 
  • Foster positive working relationships and communication with all departments. 
  • Any and all other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Must be able to pass Ruttger's background check; 
  • Valid Driver's License. 
  • Stand; walk; sit; kneel; lift; push; pull; reach with arms and hands; move objects weighing up to forty (40) pounds.
