About the Role

Nehalem Valley Care Center is seeking a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse to join our full-time nursing team. As a Care Center RN, you will oversee resident care, lead our nursing assistants and CNAs, and serve as a vital link between our residents and their treatment plans. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and delegate tasks to nursing assistants and CNAs
  • Assess residents to identify care needs, strengths, and areas for improvement
  • Administer treatments and transcribe physician orders
  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation
  • Assign staff breaks and ensure appropriate coverage
  • Ensure adherence to individualized care plans
  • Support and mentor team members as training opportunities arise
Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Good standing with the Oregon State Board of Nursing
