In this hands-on position, you will play a key role in producing high-quality sand-cast hose clamps through high-volume manual assembly. If you enjoy consistent, repetitive work and take pride in meeting daily production goals, this could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Do:
  • Manually assemble Dixon Boss Clamps, ensuring proper orientation and the precise assembly of nuts and bolts.
  • Maintain clear communication with team members on the manufacturing floor
  • Work safely around tools, equipment, and co-workers
  • Lean to operate hand tools and basic machining equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Keep your workspace clean, organized, and production ready
  • Communicate with employees on manufacturing floor

  • Strong finger and hand dexterity for manipulating small parts
