Job description

The Client Care Coordinator plays a key role in daily operations, caregiver scheduling, client support, and intake coordination. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The job applicant should reside in Santa Clara County(San Jose, Santa Clara, Milpitas, Sunnyvale, Mtn View, Cupertino, etc), California, USA!

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule caregivers for clients
  • Handle initial client intake calls and gather care needs
  • Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers
  • Assist with caregiver hiring, onboarding, and coordination
  • Manage schedule changes, call-outs, and coverage needs
  • Maintain accurate client and caregiver records
  • Support day-to-day operations and care coordination
  • Provide compassionate, professional customer service

Qualifications

  • Prefer speak in English/Mandarin(Chinese)
  • Experience in home care, healthcare, caregiving, or scheduling preferred
  • Strong phone and communication skills
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable handling sensitive client information
  • Able to multitask and problem-solve independently
  • Familiarity with home care software is a plus (training provided)
