Part-Time Maintenance Technician (20–25 Hours/Week)

BMOC, Inc. is looking for a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to help maintain high-quality apartment communities in Whitewater. If you're reliable, motivated, and enjoy seeing projects through from start to finish, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do
  • Prepare apartments for new residents (painting, patching, cleaning, flooring repairs)
  • Complete maintenance work orders efficiently and professionally
  • Troubleshoot and repair appliances, plumbing, HVAC, doors, locks, and other building systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance to keep the property in excellent condition
  • Assist with seasonal maintenance, including snow removal and landscaping as needed
  • Participate in an on-call rotation with support from our after-hours call center
  • Occasionally assist at nearby properties when needed
What We're Looking For
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Basic maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, or apartment maintenance
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
  • HVAC/EPA certification or maintenance-related training is a plus, but not required
  • Must provide your own basic hand tools
