Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Assistant


Job Type: Part-time


Hours: 25-30 hours per week


Location: Copperleaf Golf Club, Estero, FL

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on, and team-oriented Part-Time Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations of our facility. This role works directly with the Maintenance Manager and plays a key part in keeping the property safe, clean, and running efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

•  Perform general maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and fixtures (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)

•  Work directly with the Maintenance Manager on daily tasks, projects, and priorities

•  Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete assigned work orders

•  Assist with preventative maintenance and routine inspections

•  Support general property upkeep, including cleaning, power washing, and maintaining common areas

•  Assist with stocking supplies, organizing storage areas, and keeping maintenance spaces clean

•  Help coordinate and support outside vendors when needed

•  Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner

•  Follow all safety procedures and company policies


Qualifications:

•  Prior maintenance or facilities experience preferred

•  Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs

•  Strong work ethic and ability to be a team player

•  Willingness to assist with both maintenance and general labor/cleaning tasks as needed

•  Ability to work independently while also taking direction from the Maintenance Manager

•  Good communication and problem-solving skills

•  Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks such as bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods


Schedule:

•  Part-time, 25–30 hours per week

•  Flexible schedule; occasional evenings or weekends may be required


Additional Requirements:

•  Valid driver’s license (if applicable)

•  Reliable transportation
