Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable Part-Time Maintenance Technician to provide after-hours, evening, and weekend maintenance support forย commercial properties. This is an on-call position for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and completing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, and has experience with general building maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to after-hours maintenance calls as needed
  • Perform basic plumbing repairs (leaks, clogged drains, fixture replacements)
  • Complete minor electrical repairs (switches, outlets, light fixtures)
  • Repair drywall, patch holes, and perform touch-up painting
  • Install and repair locks, doors, hardware, and cabinets
  • Replace filters, smoke detector batteries, and light bulbs
  • Complete general carpentry and maintenance tasks
