The Handyman is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks across different areas of our residential homes. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to ensure the safety and functionality of our property. Work Environment
The Handyman primarily works in residential settings, performing repairs and maintenance in vacant homes. The role requires regular use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and often involves working in non-climate-controlled areas. Conditions may include exposure to extreme temperatures, sudden temperature changes, high noise levels (85+ decibels), hazardous materials, power tools, atmospheric conditions, water, industrial hazards, electrical shock risks, ice and slipping hazards, heights, and potential falling hazards.
