  • Work Schedule: 6:00AM - 11:00AM Monday - Friday (25 Hours Per Week)
  • Hiring Pay Ranges: $19.29 - $26.43 per hour (Includes $1.00 per hour Cost of Living Adjustment)
    • Lockbox Specialist I - $19.29 - $24.50 per hour
    • Lockbox Specialist II - $19.29 - $26.43 per hour
      • This position may be eligible to receive an additional $1.00 per hour is approved for the Spanish Communication Assistant Program
      • The hiring pay range for this position is commensurate with the level of relevant experience and education.

Summary

  • Responsible for processing Lockbox transactions, including prepping incoming lockbox mail, end-of-day processing, data entry and balancing of lockbox transactions. Ability to provide excellent customer service to bank employees, bank customers and team members, operate sorter and other scanning devices. Must have the ability to work in a deadline driven environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prep incoming mail by client and their specifications.
  • Process Lockbox transactions.
  • Perform data entry and balancing of lockbox transactions.
  • Operate sorter and other scanning equipment.
  • Perform data entry and balancing of lockbox transactions.
  • Verify and confirm daily deposits for lockbox clients.
  • Confirm end of day processing of all customers are completed.
  • Set up and aid in onboarding of new lockbox clients.
  • Communicate any necessary information to the responsible party in a timely manner, such as errors, processing delays, etc.
  • Meet daily deadlines and expectations for productivity and accuracy standards as set by management.
  • Maintain retention of customer mail by securely destroying documents when needed.
  • Provide support to Treasury Management Admin by aiding in annual reviews, enrollments, modification and temporary increases
  • Maintains a current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, as well as, knowledge and consistent compliance with other banking regulations and Bank policies and procedures related to the position.
  • Maintains confidentiality as defined by department standards.
  • Supports the company's Mission, Vision, and Values.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
