Reports To: General Manager / Assistant General Manager

Compensation Range: $20-25/hour

As a Coach, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering our dynamic curriculum and making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

● Coach Like a Pro: Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old

● Master of Curriculum: Understand the magic behind KidStrong's programs and communicate it with flair.

● Be the Best: Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills like you're in a video game with our stellar training programs

● Family Friend: Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class – you’re the reason they love KidStrong!

● Class Commander: Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time. No tardy bells here!

● Family Connector: Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong. Think of yourself as the social glue that keeps everyone together.

● Master of all: Coach class, camps, movie nights, and anything else your center leaders might ask for.

Center Operations:
