At Maternal Fetal Medicine of Puget Sound, part of Pediatrix Medical Group, you'll join a passionate team delivering cutting-edge, compassionate care to families across the Pacific Northwest. Based in Seattle, this is more than a job?it's a chance to grow your career while making a lasting impact.

Step into a dynamic, high-acuity environment at Swedish Medical Center-First Hill, where you'll manage a diverse caseload in a state-of-the-art facility with:

  • Over 7,500 annual deliveries
  • Full-scope MFM procedures and reproductive health services
  • Consultative outreach in Everett and Issaquah
  • A regional referral base spanning the Pacific Northwest and southern Alaska

Enjoy a 4-day work week with just 18-19 workdays per month, including:

  • Home call at Swedish-First Hill with robust support from laborists and nocturnists
  • Only 3-4 calls per month and 10 weekend calls per year

Bring your skills to a practice where advanced care and continuous learning go hand in hand. You'll work across both inpatient and outpatient settings, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care while staying at the forefront of maternal-fetal medicine.

  • Provide expert care in prenatal diagnosis, ultrasound, and genetics
  • Manage complex cases in both hospital and clinic environments
  • Bonus: Experience in fetal echocardiography or CVS is welcomed?but not required

You'll be supported by a collaborative care team including:

  • MFM ARNPs for postpartum rounding
  • 24/7 OB hospitalist and nocturnist coverage
  • 70+ bed NICU and PICU

Benefits and Compensation

Pay Range (Base Pay): $525,000 to $600,000 based on years of experience.

Other Types of Pay: Non-guaranteed bonus pool participation

Regular full-time is classified as team members who are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis. Regular full-time team members are eligible for the following:

NOTE: Team members at least 21 years old and are active full-time or part-time employee are eligible to participate in our 401(k) Plan at the time of hire. Team members who meet the plan's minimum age requirement can enroll in the plan at any time, and contributions will begin as soon as administratively possible.

Team Members are eligible to begin participating in the ESPP if they have been employed by Pediatrix for two consecutive months prior to the start of each calendar quarterly offering period and are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for five consecutive months during the year.

Paid Sick Leave:

Eligible full-time team members will receive a lump-sum grant of 70 hours or eight days, whichever is more beneficial to the team member, of paid sick leave each year on January 1. A newly hired full-time team member will receive a prorated lump-sum grant after working for 90 days. A lumpsum grant will then be provided on January 1 in each subsequent year as long as the team member remains eligible. Unused sick leave granted under this policy does not carry over from one year to the following year.

NOTE: The Company will not pay team members for unused sick leave upon termination of employment.
