You will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of guests, and providing excellent customer service to all who interact with the company. Your professionalism, friendly demeanor, and attention to detail will contribute to the positive atmosphere that defines Axle Logistics.
What you'll do
  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees with warmth and professionalism, offering a hospitable experience from the moment they arrive.
  • Manage the reception area, maintaining a neat and organized workspace that reflects the company's values and image.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations, ensuring efficient use of meeting spaces.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, accurately distributing them to the respective recipients.
  • Provide consistent coverage of the front desk to ensure all employees and guests receive exceptional service and assistance.
  • Assist and execute administrative tasks, including distributing Swag, creating shipping labels and name tags, and printing documents as needed from the front desk.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients and visitors, offering knowledgeable and courteous assistance or routing the inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Stay informed about the company's services, recent developments, and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients and visitors.
  • Uphold confidentiality and security protocols, especially when dealing with sensitive information and client data.
  • Assist and execute special projects and events, as requested by management or other team members.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant qualifications or certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role, showcasing excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously, both in person and over the phone.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment, including phone systems, computers, and related software applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling tasks.
