Logistics Dispatcher Weekend Shift
Pathway Group – Lebanon, TN

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Weekend Shift (Saturday & Sunday) 6:30pm - 6:00pm (During the busy season it is 12 hr shifts/ Non busy season 8-9 hr shifts)

Job Summary

Pathway Group is currently hiring a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support logistics and warehouse operations in Lebanon, TN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support in a fast-paced logistics environment.

This position offers the opportunity for additional weekday hours as a Forklift Driver for candidates with previous forklift experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers, carriers, drivers, and warehouse personnel.
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Enter, update, and maintain customer orders and shipment information.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Monitor shipment status and communicate updates to customers as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and general office duties.
  • Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service, administrative, logistics, or warehouse office experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Additional Opportunity
