Join AGU Logistics, a premier delivery partner in the Denver metro area! We are looking for dependable, energetic individuals who put safety first. Whether you are just entering the workforce or looking for a stable career with growth opportunities like Lead Driver or Supervisor, we provide the vehicle and the training you need to succeed.

Job Description
  • Shift & Schedule: 10:30 AM to route completion; 10-hour shifts; 4 days (Full-Time) or 2-3 days (Part-Time). One weekend shift required.

  • Daily Activities: Load pre-sorted packages into provided high-roof vans; deliver to houses, apartments, and businesses using a provided GPS; navigate Denver metro routes (avg. 70 miles/day).

  • Expectations: Must be dependable, quick, and able to deliver in inclement weather and after dark. Mandatory rest and meal breaks must be observed.

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.

  • No CDL or previous experience required (though 1 year of driving is preferred).

  • Physical ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs and enter/exit a van quickly.

  • Must complete a drug test (non-marijuana detection).

  • Enthusiasm for customer service and a safety-first mindset.


Additional Information
  • Pay: $24.50 – $30.00 per hour (includes performance incentives and bonuses).

  • Overtime: Paid at time-and-a-half.
