Job Summary:ย
The Mission
To be the most helpful person our customers meet all week. You are a "jack-of-all-trades" who thrives on varietyโ€”from fixing a leaky sink to helping a senior citizen organize their garage or making a home shine with a fresh window cleaning.
You are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Significant past experience as a professional maintenance worker is highly preferred and a positive attitude is a must!ย
Responsibilities:ย
  • Home Maintenance & Repair: Perform "bread and butter" tasks like swapping light fixtures, patching drywall, or fixing a fence gate.
  • Exterior Care: Execute high-quality pressure washing, streak-free window cleaning, gutter debris removal and yard cleanup.
  • Home Logistics: Assist neighbors with furniture moving, heavy lifting, and basic assembly (IKEA, playsets, etc.).
  • Organization & Decluttering: Help clients reclaim their space by assisting with sorting, hauling away junk, and setting up shelving systems.
  • The "Surv" Touch: Build rapport with every client. We don't just "do the job"; we check in on the homeowner, offer a smile, and ensure the home is cleaner than we found it.
Qualifications:ย
  • The "Handy" Factor: Comfortable using a variety of hand/power tools and ladders.
  • Adaptability: You enjoy a job that changes every day. One day is pressure washing; the next is hanging Christmas lights or moving a sofa.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in the Utah seasons.
  • Service Heart: Genuine joy in helping others and a "no task is too small" attitude.
