Currently looking for PT to fill Mon-Saturday shift.
Position Summary: We are looking for hard working, reliable, and talented people with excellent customer service skills and the ability to deal with the public with energy and enthusiasm. The Store Clerk creates a welcoming environment and supports store operations by receiving and stocking shelves and establishes a relationship with the customer by greeting them upon entry, helping locate products, answering questions on products and services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greet Customers and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions Provides an important level of prompt and friendly customer service.
  • Manage Various transactions with customers using cash registers and accurately process all cash and credit payments.
  • Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas and regular store maintenance such as Sanitizing, Cleaning, Sweeping, and Moping as needed.
  • Stocking may involve carrying large quantities of liquor, beer, and wine. This will require lifting/carrying merchandise that weighs up to 40 pounds.
  • Helps with inventory counts when necessary.
  • Enforce all TABC and liquor laws including checking ID's and following all company policies and procedures.
  • Open or Close store on time in accordance with hours of operation.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and profitable store operation.

Position Qualifications:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must have reliable Transportation and be reliable and punctual.
  • Six months proven working experience as a cashier or in customer service/retail industry.
  • Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commission Certification - Required
  • Be able to commute to the business with reliable transportation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
  • Must be able to move throughout all areas of the store including the outside perimeter.
  • Must be able to safely lift to 40 lbs. to waist level and bend down repeatedly.
