You'll start by supporting our team with day-to-day technical needs, hardware setup, and troubleshooting while receiving mentorship and training in networking, security, and server environments. If you enjoy solving problems, working with technology, and helping others, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities

  • Laptop Imaging & Setup: Learn to configure, image, and deploy laptops for new team members, ensuring all required software and settings are ready to go.
  • Asset Tracking & Inventory: Help maintain the internal IT hardware asset repository, ensuring precise logging of issued hardware, peripheral inventory levels, and recycled equipment.
  • Basic Security: Assist with data security by managing BitLocker drive encryption and performing password resets.
  • Local Network Troubleshooting: Help diagnose and resolve basic Wi-Fi and local network connectivity issues within the office.
  • Identity and Collaboration Management: Assist with basic Google Workspace administration tasks, including user account provisioning, group management, and standard access permissions as directed by the IT Systems Manager.
  • Learning & Growth: Participate in ongoing training to expand your technical skills in Windows, Linux, networking, and server environments.

Requirements
What you bring to your new team

  • Foundational Windows Knowledge: Familiarity with the Windows operating system and common desktop applications.
  • Strong Communication Skills: A friendly, patient attitude and a genuine desire to help others solve technical problems.
  • Google Workspace Proficiency: Foundational knowledge or exposure to Google Workspace core applications (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) and basic cloud-based user account troubleshooting.
  • Eagerness to Learn: A self-starter who asks questions, enjoys learning new technologies, and adapts quickly.

How you add even MORE value
  • Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
  • Hands-on experience with BitLocker, laptop imaging, or hardware deployment.
