Position Summary Information
Job Description Summary
This position reports to the Technology Support Coordinator assisting IT personnel working across multiple areas of technology including PC workstations, network, audio/visual, and peripherals to support the campus community. This is accomplished by resolving software and hardware requests, and incidents utilizing established policies and procedures, and an analytical mindset.
Minimum Qualifications
Familiarity with computer hardware and software utilities.
Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Great written and verbal communications skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledgeable with computer hardware and software utilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Successfully completed ITSC 2286 Internship Computer and Information Sciences course or equivalent of 160 hours in desktop installation and support of hardware and software, installing, updating, diagnosing and resolving issues across multiple areas of technology including desktop workstations, network, audio/visual, and peripherals.
