Job description

Beautiful Rind, an award-winning cheese shop and restaurant, is seeking a Part-Time Line Cook who will prepare and create a variety of dishes and pairing items. The role is prep-intensive with lighter line work throughout the day. The role would be working independently for most of the day. Prior experience with cheese or pastry is not required but would be beneficial. Pay for this role is $21+/hr with higher pay possible depending on experience.
This position is part-time, with 1-3 shifts a week, with hours of 11am-9pm. Most weeks will be 2 relatively fixed weekdays, currently Tuesdays & Wednesdays.
Founded to feed Chicago with the best cheese, charcuterie, wine, and whatever pairs with them. Beautiful Rind features a carefully curated retail cheese counter and a casual dining experience featuring custom cheese & charcuterie boards, house-made pairings, and cheese-centric dishes.
All employees will receive paid sick leave and paid vacation. All employees will also receive a generous employee discount. Full-time employees are eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days of employment.
