W2 | $80–$110 per hour
Serving Richmond and Hampstead Regions, Virginia

Location Requirement: Candidates must live within reasonable driving distance of the Richmond or Hampstead regions in Virginia, as some in-person services are required.

Position Overview

The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and overseeing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and providing parent training.

Hybrid Model:
Initial assessments and early supervision sessions are conducted in person within the Richmond and Hampstead regions of Virginia. Telehealth options may be available once cases are established and clinically appropriate.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments and reassessments

  • Develop individualized treatment plans

  • Complete and maintain clinical documentation

  • Analyze treatment data and adjust programming as needed

  • Provide supervision and support to RBTs

  • Deliver parent and caregiver training

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

  • Active BCBA certification with a minimum of 6 months of experience

  • Demonstrated competency in behavior reduction and skill acquisition programming

  • Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism

  • Experience supervising RBTs

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Reliable transportation

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
