REPORTS TO:
Building Principal(s)
QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:
State of Maine Educational Technician III certification.
WORK YEAR:
Full school year position, as determined by the MEA Bargaining Unit Contract.
JOB GOAL/PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to positively interact with 6-8 grade students and staff, have a strong background in children's literature and an understanding of audio-visual equipment and digital literacy. The individual will maintain and operate a library (i.e. run lists, check in/out materials, shelve books, assist with inter-library loans, order books, and other library duties.). The individual will be able to consult with the District Library Specialist.
