    Med Surge/Tele (not just a Med Surge RN) Shift: 7a - 7:30p or 7p- 7:30a
    Step Down - Shift: 7a - 7:30p or 7p - 7:30a
    ICU - Shift: 7a - 7:30p or 7p - 7:30a
    ER - Shift: 7a - 7:30p, 11a - 11:30p, 3p - 3:30a, 7p - 7:30a
