JOB SUMMARY The E-Store Shipping Assistant will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the Hub E-Store Region. This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including, inventory and stock management, online order fulfillment, and collaboration with the Concierge team for special requests and orders. The E-Store Shipping assistant will be stationed at our boutique and report to the Store Manager. We are seeking an individual who can ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, oversee inventory management, and foster effective communication within the team and with other departments.
OVERVIEW OF PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fulfillment & Dispatch Goals (85%)Efficiently manage a high-volume workload to meet order processing targets and expectations.Process orders received through the ecommerce platform. Pick, prepare, and pack orders according to Le Labo's packaging standards.Consistently meet business targets and exceed customer order expectations.Effectively manage and resolve any errors or discrepancies in order fulfillment.Ensure all orders are dispatched within 2 business days upon receipt.Work closely with the Concierge team to address special requests, manage special orders, and maintain a returns log.Stock build of necessary WIP goods, collateralTraining of temporary personnel for assembly projects, pick, prep, packExecute opening and closing procedures for Ecom while adhering to company's policy in collaboration with the Estore Supervisor & Store Manager
OMNI Collaboration (5%)Processing BOPIS (Buy Online,Pick-up In Store) through our Online Fulfillment systemCross-functional collaboration with FSS team in processing Online Refills through our Online Fulfillment system
Inventory Management/Safety Goals (10%):Receive goods and verify quantities against records.Maintain daily organization of stock and monitor supply levels.Conduct monthly cycle counts and assist with end-of-year inventory.Maintain an organized and safe work environment in the Ecom stockroom and report any issues to the Store Manager. Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.Proficient in time management and prioritization of work assignments.Capable of working independently in a high-paced work environment.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Passionate about providing an exemplary customer experience.Proficiency with Mac Applications and Microsoft Suite.Experience with e-commerce shipping software is a plus.Ability to maintain a consistent teamwork mentality throughout all tasks and interactions.Must be able to stand, bend, twist, and walk for length of shift. Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
Pay Range:
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $13.48 to $22.46. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
