Le Labo Beauty Advisor Key Responsibilities

  • Advise customers on the use of Fragrances and products
  • Provide timely, welcoming, personal, professional, and consistent service to all customers at all times
  • Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees, and store management
  • Enforce and maintain the highest visual standards, including displays, signage, and promotional items
  • Replenish merchandise products and stock on shelves
  • Ensuring a welcoming environment for client in the store
  • Sharing with the client his/her knowledge on the art of fine perfumery, on the

          brand, and on the collection, and create genuine, authentic connections with clients

  • Fully managing the lab: compounding perfumes, managing the ingredients and stock,
  • labeling and boxing the products
  • Building client database by gathering all client's information
  • Addressing and successfully resolving client situations according to company philosophy and escalating to corporate level for specific requests

 
Beauty AdvisorRequired Qualifications: 

  • Impeccable customer service skills 
  • Previous cashier experience 
  • Previous experience working within the Beauty and Fragrance field 
    • Strong work ethic
    • Passionate and ambitious
    • Take great care and pride in crafting every creation for the client
    • High energy, positive and optimistic personality
    • Team player, works well in a team environment to achieve a common goal
