Description
  • Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the multiple laboratories within the Advanced Technology Team.
  • Create and maintain inventory lists to be compliant with ELC standards
  • Daily, Weekly, and Monthly lab maintenance of equipment (processing equipment, analytical equipment, measurement equipment)
  • Maintain laboratory and office inventory of supplies, including generating of purchase orders for the team
  • Following General Laboratory Safety practices outlined by ELC SOP's/Guidelines.
  • Organize, catalog, ship, maintain library of product and fragrance oil standards
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • 0-2 years' hands-on laboratory experience
  • Experience within the cosmetic and/or fragrance and flavor industry a plus
  • Minimum Associate's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Highly organized and independent thinker
  • Performs function with high attention to detail and excellence in execution

Pay Range:
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $50,000.00 to $60,000.00. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
