What are part-time law lecturers?

Part-time law lecturers are legal professionals or academics who teach law courses at universities or colleges on a part-time basis. They are typically responsible for delivering lectures, leading seminars, grading assignments, and providing guidance to students, but they may not have the same administrative or research obligations as full-time faculty. Many part-time law lecturers also work in legal practice, allowing them to bring practical experience to their teaching. Their flexible roles help institutions offer a wider range of courses and expertise. This position is ideal for those who want to balance teaching with other professional commitments.
