GLANZ Aesthetics is looking for a motivated, energetic and hard-working Medical Aesthetician / Laser Technician to join our team. Do you love skincare, BOTOX and lasers? We are different from other med spas in Miami and our medical practitioners and staff provide the absolute best experience for our patients. Our luxury Medical Spa is seeking a full-time Experienced Licensed Medical Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician to join our team in Miami, Florida! This is a unique opportunity to work and grow in a fast growing, one of a kind Medical Spa.

You will provide both aesthetic and laser services such as DiamondGlow, Customized Facials, Microneedling, IPL, Laser hair removal, Dermaplaning, Laser Skin Resurfacing, and much more. You MUST be able to sell/upsell services, assist the medical providers, and perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical spa running smoothly. You will have the opportunity to learn multiple new services, grow in the industry and have lots of FUN! Phlebotomy is a BIG PLUS.

Required Responsibilities:

• Perform daily responsibilities of both Medical Esthetician and Laser Specialist

• Strong ability to sell and cross-sell aesthetic, skincare and medical spa services and products. Strong ability to upsell additional services and products.

• Experience in Laser hair removal, IPL, laser skin resurfacing

• Ability to provide strong customer service

• Must be able to advise and consult on skin and skincare services

• Assist Medical Providers

• Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance

• Maintains all licenses and services-mandated training

• Manage online and phone appointments

• Register patients -collecting necessary information (like contact details, consents and services performed)

• Welcome patients upon their arrival

• Check patients in/out

• Provide information about our Medical Spa, specials and rates

• Respond to patients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner

• Ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and organized

• Take Before and After pictures

• Inform patients on procedures and how to care of their skin with a recommended at-home regimen. Also providing pre/post care instructions.

• Assist with Social Media duties (take pictures, videos, respond to messages, etc)

• Maintain updated records of bookings and payments

• Daily stocking of rooms, trash and general housekeeping

• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and skincare products

• Maintains all equipment supplies and other procedural equipment to standards

• Maintains continued education

Skills Required:

• MUST be bilingual in Spanish and English

• DiamondGlow

• Microdermabrasion

• Chemical Peels

• Microneedling

• Skin consultations and Skincare Knowledge

• Front Desk/Customer Service

• Social Media Knowledge

• Laser hair removal experience

• IPL Photo Rejuvenation experience

• Laser Skin Resurfacing

Additional Skills:

• Phlebotomy

• PMU

• Waxing

• Eyelash Extensions

• College degree

Qualifications:

• Licensed Aesthetician or Medical Esthetician in Florida (Required)

• Licensed Electrologist/Laser Certified in Florida (Preferred)

• 1+ years Previous experience in Medical Spa, Plastics or Dermatology Office (Required)

• 1+ years Strong experience in sales (Required)

• Front Desk Experience

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Live near Doral, Fl or the Miami, Fl area

Schedule:

• Day shift

• Part-Time

• Flexible hours

• 1-2 Saturdays per month

• Occasional evenings for events

Job Type: Part-Time

Salary: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour (Dependent on Experience)
