Landscaper

 LOCATION:

Kingston Pike 

EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Part Time/Non-Exempt/Hourly

HOURLY $17.00

Goodwill Industries--Knoxville, Inc. is seeking a part-time Landscaper for our corporate office. Ideal candidates will be energetic, confident, have excellent maintenance skills, understand how to perform maintenance functions, preventive maintenance and mechanically minded. Clean driving record and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Summary: Responsible for completing the landscaping duties at property maintained and owned by Goodwill Industries Knoxville, Inc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for completing the landscaping functions at assigned GWIK owned or leased properties.

a. Mowing and trimming grass within property lines.

b. Trimming bushes and pruning trees.

c. Weed control in and around the parking lots and flower beds.

d. Picking up trash, removing grass trimmings, leaves, & branches from parking lots and grounds.

e. Mulching flower beds twice annually in March and October.
