Job title: Landscape Installation Foreman

Experienced Landscaper or Landscape Construction Technician


Location: West Nashville, TN

Pay: $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience

Job type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40–50 hours per week


This is not a lawn mowing or routine lawn maintenance position.


We are a landscape design and installation company specializing in high-end residential projects throughout the Nashville area. Our work includes complete landscape installations, renovations, drainage, grading, irrigation, landscape lighting, retaining walls, paver patios, walkways, sod, and outdoor living projects.


We are looking for an experienced landscape professional who takes pride in quality work, can solve problems, and wants an opportunity to grow into greater responsibility and leadership.


Responsibilities:


Complete landscape installations and renovations
Plant trees, shrubs, and perennials
Install sod, mulch, soil, stone, and other landscape materials
Assist with drainage, grading, irrigation, and excavation
Install paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, and landscape lighting
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and landscape equipment
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Maintain clean and organized jobsites
Follow project plans and instructions
Communicate clearly with crew leaders and team members
Help complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards


Preferred experience:


Landscape construction
Hardscape installation
Irrigation installation or repair
Drainage installation
Grading and excavation
Paver or retaining wall installation
Equipment operation
Masonry, concrete, or related construction trades


Qualifications:


Dependable and punctual
Strong work ethic
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds or more
Ability to work in heat, cold, rain, and sun
Must have dependable transportation and be able to report to work on time every day
