E&S Home Care Solutions is actively hiring dependable and experienced caregivers to provide quality in-home care to our clients in the 77070 area and surrounding communities such as Cypress, Spring, Tomball, Louetta and Willowbrook.

We are seeking caregivers with a minimum of 1 year of experience in home health or healthcare facilities. We highly value reliability, professionalism, and strong commitment to client care.

We are looking for caregivers who are responsive and answer phone calls promptly when opportunities arise. Consistent communication is essential.

Schedule
We typically begin caregivers with part-time hours to ensure a strong fit and smooth communication. As you demonstrate reliability, consistency, and commitment, we prioritize you for additional hours and opportunities to grow into full-time. Dependable caregivers who communicate well and show up on time advance quickly with us.

  • Perform light housekeeping
  • Observe and report any changes in client condition
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in home health or healthcare facilities
  • Reliable transportation is required
  • Valid Driver’s License is required
  • Ability to commute within 15–20 minutes of the 77070 area
  • Professional, responsible, and committed attitude
  • Strong communication and responsiveness

As part of our hiring process, we conduct a criminal background check. This is a standard requirement for all caregivers to ensure the safety of our clients and compliance with state regulations. We consider applicants with criminal convictions on a case-by-case basis. A prior conviction will not automatically disqualify you from employment. However, if a conviction is directly related to the responsibilities of the position, and exclusion is necessary for business reasons, it may affect eligibility. This decision is documented to ensure compliance with Texas Labor Code §21.051 and EEOC guidance. Our goal is to ensure the safety of clients while maintaining fairness in the hiring process. The background check is only initiated after receiving written consent from the applicant.

If you are a responsible and committed caregiver seeking flexible PRN or part-time opportunities, we encourage you to apply.

We look forward to connecting with qualified candidates!
